On the occasion of the roasting company’s fortieth anniversary, this blend, written in the notes of founder Ferruccio Rizzi, was rediscovered. As a tribute to those who have inspired and continue to inspire the company’s constant pursuit of quality, it was decided to revive it to evoke the aromas of traditional blends. The result is a smooth and sweet espresso blend. The creaminess and acidity of Brazilian coffees blend with the sweetness of Columbia and the floral flavor of Guatemala. A touch of Monsoon Robusta lends persistence and creaminess.
